We are looking for someone who is consistently keeping abreast of the latest social trends and loves creating authentic & exciting contents and visuals. Through a combination of organic social messaging, online advertising and content placement, the primary objective of this role is to generate leads and brand awareness for our various brands. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage and must be proficient with online platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram and be able to produce graphics, videos and engaging content. Applicant must also be knowledgeable on digital designs ie brochures.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, to ensure they implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage the digital marketing campaigns and strategy
• Manage and oversee the various digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and mailers
• Oversee all social media accounts
• Edit and approve all content
• Identify ways to improve quality of online content and digital marketing platform performance
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
• Keep a close eye on industry, market trends, best practices and overall knowledge of digital marketing
• Liaise with Marketing Managers to coordinate ad campaigns that align with digital marketing strategy
• Identifies process improvements and procedural challenges, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Work with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. Research the brands core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company’s targeted ad buys.
