Call Center Agents required to assist our client base with enquiries as well as the booking of appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Mainly the candidate will be responsible for assisting our client base with enquiries telephonically. Clients will also need assistance with scheduling appointments and meetings, during which the candidate will be expected to assist with detailed information such as time and date of appointments as well as details of where the appointment/meeting will be. Any and all enquiries must be handled with the utmost professionalism and importance to our client needs.
The potential candidates would preferably need to be fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English. No previous experience is required and we provide comprehensive training over a two day period. The candidates would preferably be able to work well in a team as well as independently. The potential candidate must be target driven and deadline orientated. Each team mate is considered a part of the crew and there is great opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally.
