We are looking for part-time Medical Insurance Agents to generate new business by actively seeking and acquiring new customers.
You will sell and negotiate Medical Insurance Polices that match the needs of your prospective customers.
The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.
Insurance Agent Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies and promote new types of Medical Insurance contracts or suggest additional changes to existing policies.
Formulate productive relationships to build rapport with prospective customers from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Establish long-term sources of clients and customers. Complete coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs.
Compile lists of prospects. Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose Medical Insurance policies that meet their criteria.
Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Report the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
Obtain insurance approval by completing policies for coverage.
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep related records.
Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records.
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
Constantly update knowledge and learn about new products and services.
