Our company is looking for a young dynamic fully bilingual English and Afrikaans speaking resource to join our team. The resource needs to be able to speak both English and Afrikaans and will be deployed on an outbound affinity based, customer service campaign. No cold calling will be done.
Previous call centre or customer care experience is beneficial with great telephone etiquette.
