A well-established commercial litigation practice in Cape Town is expanding and need a qualified conveyancing attorney to head the conveyancing department. The ideal candidate must be dynamic and be able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

  • Drafting and preparing transfers, bonds, and bond cancellation documents
  • Preparing estate transfers
  • Managing transactions and staff

Minimum Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum two years post admission experience
  • LLB degree/member of Law Society
  • Notarial qualifications (Advantageous)
  • Existing Client Base (Advantageous)
  • Representative on Bank Panel for Mortgages (Advantageous)
  • Private Transport and Reside in Cape Town Vicinity
  • Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
