You will be responsible for identifying and securing relationships with new customers and account manage existing customers by proactively undertaking a variety of sales activities, networking, marketing and customer service activity,especially through online and mobile technologies,in order to achieve targets. In this newly created role, you will: liaise with external agencies and in house teams to ensure support and deliverables for activities are planned in and are completed creatively, achieve value for money and are of a high quality;support day-to-day programme related development from planning to delivery; this will include supporting Eastern European partner institutions with planning, organising and delivering programmes, build international services from existing projects to new projects ensuring the highest standards of customer service
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with key stakeholders, sales and marketing teams to explore business opportunities of engineering programmes in order to increase profitability and to determine sales targets.
Work with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy and target potential customers and partners.
Analyse international clients’ feedback to existing programmes and keep products and services up to date.
Build international relationships with commercial institutions in Eastern Europe.
Establish strong international links and commercial refrigeration networks (particularly within Russia)
Collate and analyse sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promote new programme products and keep track of market performance.
Prepare reports and recommendations in terms of sales and market strategies for senior management.
Explore, develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Promote, monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of projects to meet strategic and income generation objectives.
Research and build relationships with new clients, developing a rapport and providing support that will continually improve the relationship.
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients to enhance existing relationships.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop MJK Refrigeration Services' unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators and management processes within areas of responsibility and take appropriate action to achieve improved service delivery and business objectives.
Within parameters established by your manager, you will plan and prioritise your own workload.

MUST be Native or Near Native Russian speaker
MUST be Native or Near Native English speaker
University Degree preferred
