Duties and Responsibilities


The Security Sales individual will be required:

  • to be commercially minded; using their understanding of our business and their depth of knowledge to personalize the recommended solution in line with the potential client’s needs
  • to exploit all potential sale opportunities
  • to understand the competitive market and pursue and select specific deals that will have a profitable result for the company
  • to gather intelligence on potential clients
  • to adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness and the reduction of financial costs
  • to project and enforce a very professional impression to establish the initial differentiated impression of the company’s brand.
  • to do a rigorous security assessment to ensure that the client is adequately protected
  • to meet and exceed the financial and strategic sales targets



Minimum Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation
  • Good contactable references
  • Clear Criminal record
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • RSA Citizen
  • Grade 12
  • Psira Registered
  • Computer Literate
  • Cold Calling
  • Planning & Organisational skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Vast understanding and knowledge of the Security Industry
