Job Description

Managing the Utilities of a Large Property Portfolio 


  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Must be able to communicate well, written and verbally

  • Work independently

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhering to client contractual obligations
  • Training and development of staff within your portfolio and the record keeping of this training
  • Managing a large property portfolio
  • Yearly strategy planning for your division
  • Salary motivations for staff in your division
  • Net Utility Reporting - if applicable
  • Year-end-budgeting - Annual budget forecasts
  • Approval of municipal accounts
  • Monthly client meetings and minute-taking
  • Management of all building within the property portfolio
  • Monthly reports; internal and external
  • Overseeing the daily running of the portfolio under your management

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have Matric
  • At least 5 year experience in the financial/property/utilities field
  • 2 years in administration
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
