Office Manager (MKT037)

Randparkridge, Johannesburg

R15 000 – R20 000 (based on experience)

 

Closing date: 28th January 2019

 

A strong people’s person to manage the office.

Responsibilities and Duties

Will be responsible for Maintaining Day to day Office Activities

Will be responsible for scheduling Technicians work and coordinating with Clients.

Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output

Accountable for Stock

Designs filing systems and defining procedures for retrieval of records

Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment/stock procurement

Implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures in accordance with company practices

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

Keeps directors/management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports

Liaising with suppliers and managing supplier recons

Liaising with sub-contractors, responsible for client quotations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Matric

Must have own vehicle with valid driver’s licence

Tertiary education

Must have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in this role

Staff management experience  

Must have strong operational skills in running a Front Office

Must be able to work extra hours as and when required.

High degree of people management, professionalism, time management and organisational skills

Excellent business sense and the ability to take initiative

Character traits:

Willingness to add value to the team. 

Sophisticated and passionate.

Strong business-like mind with sound business acumen.

Customer oriented
