Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deal directly with clients – taking orders, making phone calls and emailing
  • Compile quotes and invoices
  • Create a schedule
  • Recons
  • Manage drivers
  • Pay drivers
  • Accounts (customers and companies)
  • Solve any unforseen problems tour groups may experience
  • Write reports detailing these effects
