Job Description

To trace and assist with document tracing and collation for a wide variety of benefits (pension and provident funds death benefits)

Duties and Responsibilities

- Grade 12- Computer literacy (MS Office - Outlook, Excel etc.)

 

- Experience in Call Centre telephony and technology

 

- Excellent Data Capturing and Typing skills

 

- Multilingual (African Languages will be an advantage)

 

- Previous Provident and Pension Fund experience will be an advantage

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

- At least 1 Year Call Centre experience

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

 

- Ability to interface with clients

 

- Ability to work under pressure

 

- Ability to check work accurately

 

- Interpersonal skills

 

- Communication skills

 

- Decision Making skills

 

- Planning, Operation and Organizing skills (knowledge of ITC online systems)

 

- Administrative skills ( knowledge of Excel spread sheets)

 

REMUNERATION:

 

Excellent commission and incentive structure based on targets achieved, high role position for the person to go the extra mile and earn a above average income.

 

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

 

We are a cloud based company, for the past 4 years, that outsourced worked to various Mayor Call Centres for either Provident Fund tracing or Debt Collecting tracing. Our main focus, is in the tracing of Provident and Pension Fund members who have benefits due to them that we receive from various clients.

 

Work Hours: 09:00 to 16h00 - Monday To Friday (Might work some Saturdays and Evenings)

 

Required Education:

 

- High school or equivalent

 

Required Experience:

 

- Call Centre: 1 year (At least), telephone, verbal skill, understanding, computer literate,
