Job Description

The role will support the Customer Operations Manager on agreed processes and activities and ensure continuous communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and manage active Client Action Log
-   Monitor and report on services & maintenance performance metrics to fulfill contractual SLA requirements – utilize escalation when needed
-   Responsible to execute exceptional service delivery
-   Manage suppliers and partners in delivery of service
-   Accountable for the SLA management assets within the customer’s fleet and related escalations or reporting
-   Provide asset management reports
-   Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports, as per COM request
-    Attend customer and internal meetings as agreed 
-    Report on, track and manage hardware orders and installations as agreed 
-   Manage the device movements and changes with the client’s offices as agreed
-  Provide guidance and day to day operational direction to onsite resource 
-   Cover the roles and responsibilities for onsite resources, when requested by the COM

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
An NQF Level 5 qualification in IT/Project/Business Administration or equivalent will be an advantage

One to two years project administration experience and preferably working in an IT environment
