Job Description

The candidate will be working in a combination of environments including client liaison through a call centre, training/ workshops, including personal financial coaching (One on one). Must have the patience and confidence to empower people of different backgrounds from cleaners, security guards, professionals and executives alike.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage our debt management process from start to end
  • Be involved in improving the quality of the guidance we give to all our clients
  • Improve  training material
  • Provide financial mentorship and coaching to  individual and corporate clients
  • Run and improve the quality of our workshops
  • Come up with innovative ways of reaching  target audiences more effectively
  • Manage all our onsite projects and stakeholder relations
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports for all the training, coaching and mentoring on all our engagement platforms with clients
  • Provide financial wellness support to clients telephonically
  • Provide financial mentorship telephonically and through our online  platform
  • Develop assessment methods to identify needs of clients so that we can customise solutions to our clients especially around psycho/ social issues
  • Attend Wellness events, give talks and on request attend to events and media briefings to improve our visibility

Minimum Requirements

Academic background

BCom or National Diploma in Business or Financial studies, post graduate qualification will be added advantage


3 to 5 years experience in financial services, banking or debt counseling environment

Preference will be given to a registered Debt Counsellor with the National Credit Regulator (NCR)
