Our company is looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team.

Computer literacy (the applicant must be able to operate Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
the ability to stay calm under pressure.
the ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult, impatient or upset clients.
Detail-orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organised and flexible
Neatness, punctuality, reliability, professional and organisation is critical
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Required Skills microsoft excell : 1 to 2 years microsoft outlook : 1 to 2 years microsoft word : 1 to 2 years
