Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide Office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Receive, direct and relay relevant messages to relevant parties.
  • General filing as and when required.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Greet direct and assist visitors.
  • Provide administrative services when needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience as a receptionist
  • Senior Certificate Matric
  • Good communication ability and presentable.
  • Must be computer Literate (MS Office)
